*** ARKANSAS ACTION ALERT! ***
SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR REP. RANDY ALEXANDER’S
AMERICAN LAWS FOR AMERICAN COURTS LEGISLATION.
by Lisa Piraneo, Director of Government Relations
As you may know, Arkansas State Representative Randy Alexander recently introduced HB 1348, American Laws for American Courts legislation.
This common-sense proposal protects Arkansans’ individual constitutional rights from foreign laws or legal doctrines where the application of those laws/doctrines would violate those constitutional rights. No particular foreign law is singled out. The proposal applies to them all.
It’s that simple.
At this time, it is critical that members of the Arkansas state House of Representatives hear strong support from their constituents on this constitutional rights issue. The voice of the grassroots is what is needed to move an important bill like HB 1348 forward and into law!
Can we count on you to take just a few moments today and let your state House member hear from you?
