Another American institution, West Point, has caved in to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial and disinvited a general from speaking at a prayer breakfast.
Retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin was disinvited because of his outspokenness about Islam. He was treated as an outcast when he should be treated as a hero. Read more about the story here.
In a press release, CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad said, “We welcome Mr. Boykin’s withdrawal from this event and hope that the speaker who replaces him will offer cadets a spiritual message that promotes tolerance and mutual understanding.”
During the Holy Land Foundation trial it was revealed that Nihad Awad was at a Philadelphia meeting of Hamas where participants hatched a plot to disguise payments to Hamas terrorists as charity. Wiretaps also recorded them stating the need to deceive Americans about their true aims. As a result the FBI suspended all formal contacts between themselves and CAIR.
So, let me see if I have this right. A general in the U.S. military gets disinvited from West Point for telling the truth about Islam, but a man who hangs out with Hamas terrorists gets his feet kissed? Tell, me what is wrong with this picture?
Until next time,
